Data entry methods
1. Double data entry
This method is applied for documents as invoices, surveys, insurance applications, credit records.
- The entire dataset is manually entered twice by 2 separate operators.
- Our software automatically compares inputs from 2 operators as well as compare against the existing database for logic errors.
- The 3rd operator checks discrepancies and determines which input is correct.
2. Single data entry with checking
This method is applied for documents as books, newspapers, official dispatches, contracts, historical records.
- Data is entered by the 1st operator.
- The 2nd employee checks and compares 100% input to the database.
3. Data entry directly into database
This method is applied for documents as credit records, insurance applications, invoices.
Our skilled operator inputs data only once via online application.
